  2. Hi how did this go. Did you do any follow up after the packs were given out. This is a really great idea especially given the rise of suicide rates in the UK over the last two years. University is an especially bad hot-spot for the beginnings of mental health. Poor sleeping patterns, fickle relationships, bad diet and loneliness can all contribute especially when one is away from one’s usual support network.
